There are more than 65 activities in BAGS. The Reproducibles section contains more activities using Toy Totes, as well as, Letters-to-Parents explaining environmental print, Story-Tag Bags, and Toy Totes. There is a Patterns section, too, at the back of the book that will make it easier for you to use these activities in your classroom now.

A list of state standards that apply to each activity is at the end of most of the activities in the book. The list is useful because it makes you aware of all the skills the children learn by doing the activities. Knowledge of skills learned will help you prepare lesson plans that meet state standards. Pointing to the list will also help you justify to others why doing these apparently simple activities using bags is such a useful educational approach with young children.
