Make Gingerbread in a Cup: Use gingerbread mix, water, craft sticks, wax-coated paper cups, and an electric skillet. Preheat the skillet to 400 degrees. Mix 3-Tablespoons of gingerbread mix in each paper cup. Add one tablespoon of water and stir with a craft stick. Place the cup in the electric skillet; cook 4-6 at a time. Put on the skillet top. Let the cups cook for 10-15 minutes (when done the gingerbread should spring back when touched). Remove the cups from the skillet and set them aside to cool. When cool, peel the paper off and eat!
