Make Whole-Wheat Bread: Use a package of dry yeast, water, honey, oil, salt, whole-wheat flour, measuring spoons and cups, 2 bowls, stirring spoons, dish cloth, and bread pans.
In the first bowl, dissolve 1 package of yeast in 2½ cups, warm water; add 3 Tablespoons, honey and 3 Tablespoons, oil.
In the second bowl mix 6-cups flour, 2 teaspoons salt.
Pour liquid mixture into the flour mixture. Mix gently but well.
Knead the mixture.
Cover the bowl with a towel and set it aside in a warm place. The dough will double in size as it rises.
Punch the dough down; divide into two balls. Knead both balls. Place them in the two bread pans.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes and them remove from the pans. Cool them completely on cookie racks.
