Card Wool: Purchase two pet brushes and raw wool (sources for raw wool can be obtained from the Internet if you have no local source for it). Have the children card the wool and pull the fibers from the brush heads. For more on this activity see the book Squish, Sort, Paint, and Build, page 213.
