Make peanut butter playdough: Mix together peanut butter, powdered milk, and honey. Use 1 and ½-cup measuring cups, a bowl and a spatula. Have the children measure 1 cup of peanut butter and scrape it into the bowl. Have the children measure ½ cup of honey and pour it into the bowl. Last, have the children measure 1 cup of powdered milk and add it to the bowl. Now they stir and stir (you will have to help).
When it is mixed well, fold it out onto a cutting board and knead. This makes enough playdough for 3 children to use on a placemat (with plastic knives, cookie cutters, and rolling pins). Remember that science involves measurement; measurement is math.
