Winter Streamers: Collect strips of left over laminating film and two coat hangers. Use pliers and close the hook end of both coat hangers. Bend the coat hanger into a circle. Use clear packing tape to tape the strips of laminating film over coat hanger. The children dance with the "icy" streamers.
